Private school administrators in Madhya Pradesh are preparing for a strike

Private school administrators in Madhya Pradesh are preparing for a strike in response to demands for fee records. This comes after the state government’s steps to increase fees have created a crisis for private schools. Several schools here had arbitrarily raised fees, prompting district education departments to order refunds to students from a dozen schools. Additionally, these schools are being required to submit their old records online. As a result, school administrators across the district are preparing for an indefinite strike. In response, Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh has warned that such a strike would be irresponsible.
